Vodafone Automotive has embarked on a major process improvement journey in collaboration with the experienced consulting team of Mind-Mercatis.
This partnership highlighted the importance of effective communication and knowledge of process management tools, such as Jira Software e Service Management, in achieving business goals.
In March 2024, an engaging and interactive workshop was organized, during which the Mind-Mercatis team led by B.U. Collaboration Solution Director Giuseppe Caliano, supported participants from the company's various functional areas through different
phases, highlighting the importance of synergistic collaboration in finding effective solutions to optimize business processes.
Initially with the support of Giulia D'Angelo and Greta Farinella, part of Mind-Mercatis' Digital Business Innovation team, an in-depth analysis of critical processes and potential improvement areas was conducted through detailed questionnaires and in-depth discussions with representatives of all business functions.
Next, the focus shifted to using Jira as a key tool for optimizing business processes.
Thanks to Atlassian Expert Giovanni Di Stasio's in-depth knowledge of Jira's capabilities, participants were able to explore the tool's potential, especially by analyzing custom dashboards with differentiated authorization levels on numerous processes involving different teams, new approval flows and operations management. From creating drafts of optimized processes to introducing new work methodologies, Jira emerged as a powerful ally in business process management.
During the workshop, a constructive discussion emerged among the participants, sharing their experiences and views on process management. This exchange of knowledge and ideas helped identify innovative and practical solutions to optimize business processes, increase operational efficiency and improve the quality of service provided to customers.
